Watson here. I want to thank Bill Holland for the picture above. Right now after 3 days - and now being in the middle of a vicious thunder and lightening storm, I can honestly say that if this picture could take place close to public transportation that could get me home to my nice soft sofa that allows me to survey my kingdom out the window at home - it might not be so bad! here are another couple of pics of me in the adventure. I will say I am not yet too excited about the places we have been tying up for the night. It has been down hill after the 1st night. The first place had other doggies and Dog Spot facilities all over the place - and GRASS and gravel. And it wasn't a long walk up the gang plank when we got there after 6 hours on the boat! The next place was awful. No grass; no gLravel. And right outside the Marina on the street every tree and every yard with a bit of grass had a sign up that said: KEEP DOGS OFF. I got thrown out of a public park and I was not even sniffing let alone other very doggley things. How humiliating. I was happy when they left me and went off for the evening. I was even happier when I looked out the window and saw them all squeezing into that little under-inflated Rubber duckie. Would not catch me in that thing! Last night was a little bit better- with the grass and park areas so close - esp. since they did not kick me out. And I loved the veal chop I had to share. It made things a bit better again. Tonite looks promising from my standpoint IF the rain stops: grass right off the gangplank and I can likely make it off the dock in the am before humiliating myself. Now - I wonder what is for dinner tonight? I am going to take a nap below. I see the old man has moved in that direction. If I just stand at the top of the stairs and wag my tail and whimper a bit....... Until next time! The big W.
